How We Work with Candidates

Step one : Finding out about you
We’ll start with a friendly phone conversation to understand what you’re looking for. We’ll discuss your professional background, preferred work, and the areas you’ve experienced.
Based on your responses, we might ask you to complete a brief assessment, which can be done from the comfort of your home.
Step Two: Meeting Your Recruitment Consultant
It's time to meet your dedicated recruitment consultant. During this introductory interview, we won’t burden you with unnecessary paperwork. Our focus will be on your skills, experience, aspirations, and motivations.
We will then discuss any suitable roles that are currently available. If your CV needs any adjustments to enhance your chances of success, we’ll provide clear guidance on what needs to be done.
Step Three: Continuous Support and Interview Preparation
Your consultant will keep in regular contact, providing updates, offers, and advice. When a relevant position comes up we will assist you in tailoring your CV, crafting your cover letter, and preparing for the interview.
You’ll receive feedback after interviews, and we’re always here for advice whenever you need us. Your consultant is your partner, fully dedicated to your success.
